Excel•lent localització, a 1min de la 5th ave, 5 min de la Grand Central Terminal, 10min de Times Square i a 15min de Central Park, Crysler Building, NY Public Library, etc. L’habitació molt gran i còmode. La seguretat de l’hotel que dona molta tranquilitat i sobretot, l’encant i amabilitat de tot el personal. Fiança de 100$ que estem esperant rebre-la, però sense cap altre sorpresa inesperada després de fer el check-out.

El Baccarat Hotel and Residences es troba a Nova York i ofereix cristalls de Baccarat a totes les habitacions. I felt very safe and security was excellent .. the pool was very nice and the gym .. the staff was very helpful and welcoming

This boutique Manhattan hotel is located in the Theater District and steps from Times Square. The hotel offers a daily continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi and 24-hour access to refreshments. The location is extraordinary! The hotel is located a mere handful of steps off times square and Broadway. Despite that, the room was surprisingly quiet. Both of us slept well and besides some buzz from the vent / AC I did not hear anything during the night. The room, bathroom, and community areas were clean and the room service very thorough every day. Breakfast was good for a continental breakfast and included an array of bagels and danish pastry, packed butter, cream cheese and two kinds of jam, honey, two kinds of cereals, Yoghurt, some fruit, coffee, hazelnut coffee, decaf, an espresso machine, a selection of bagged teas, lemon-infused water, and orange juice. Among the best and most special things at this hotel, the breakfast room is used as a lounge during the rest of the day. The ambience / atmosphere here is lovely keeping the namesake Casablanca style (Moroccan tiling, pictures, bronze statues of wild animals) in a library style room with a cozy fireplace. Here, fruit, chips, sweet energy bars, coffee and tea, and a selection of cold drinks are provided for free all day producing an island of calm to have a break from the busy city outside. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and courteous but kept a relaxed and humorous charm all the while. Untypical for NYC, in no way were they detached or hovered above the things.

Modern vibes and amazing location. Walking distance to our main subway lines and other points of interest. One of the nights, my niece had a blister in her toe and front desk guys were very kind to give band aids. But not just any kind. He was thoughtful enough to show me all kinds of band aids so I can choose the best for our needs.

El Hard Rock Hotel New York està molt ben situat al centre de Nova York i disposa de centre de fitness, bar i habitacions amb aire condicionat. Location was absolutely great! Close to the subway and in a walking distance to major attractions. The staff was more than smiley and helpful in eveything. Didn't try breakfast inside the hotel, but at the Hard Rock Cafe that was at the entrance. It was perfect, both the atmosphere and the personnel.

Estavem en una habitació a la planta 20, exterior i amb dos llits grans (tal i com volíem). Per esmorzar una mica hi ha màquina de cafè, baguels i croissantets que et serveixes tu mateix i va anar molt bé per començar el matí. El personal de l'hotel professional i molt amable, sempre procura que estiguis bé. Els ascensors funcionen efectivament i com que la màquina de cafè la pots fer servir durant tot el dia un té calentet al vespre es d'agrair.
