I have previously stayed many times with my family in the past. Although it is several years since I was last there I remembered some of the staff and they remembered me. I found all of the staff went out of their way to make it a good stay from the front desk, concierge, room maids and gym staff. I arrived on a very early flight but was given an early check in and a beautiful room on a high floor overlooking Central Park. Just the view was worth it. I found it very convenient having a kitchenette in the room. I could go across the road to Whole Foods and cater for myself. I also liked using the gym. I like the area and felt safe there. For me it is the only place to stay in New York

The location is excellent on the west side and the absolute bonus, is that every staff member we came into contact with was a pleasure to deal with. I will be back, thank you Beacon.

It was a really good experience, the hotel is really beautiful and clean, the bakery is amazing and the staff was also really nice. There’s two subway stations near the hotel and that’s perfect for tourism!
