This was our first time visiting NYC, we were on honeymoon and the staff were very friendly and genuine. We got our room upgraded to celebrate the occasion. We will definitely come back to this hotel in future anniversaries, really enjoyed our stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I loved how clean the hotel room was and I very much appreciated the water pressure and temperature - a good shower is super important!

It was a really good experience, the hotel is really beautiful and clean, the bakery is amazing and the staff was also really nice. There’s two subway stations near the hotel and that’s perfect for tourism!
