Loved this hotel, extremely comfortable, clean, friendly staff and great location in a wonderful neighbourhood. Great food and coffee in walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

Extra clean, comfortable, well equipped, super super sound proof, very nice staff who is ready to help at any time, excellent room service, very nice location with nearby supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and bakery shops. Walking distance to Times Square, Riverwalk and Central Park. Walking distance to worship facilities. I will definitely stay there in my coming visits to New York.

Greeted by custom artwork, an original fireplace and a 1920’s elevator system in lobby, guests at this century-old hotel in Upper West Side will be 650 metres from the Central Park. The hotel itself is perfectly situated, very close to Central Park, Columbus Circle, main streets are close, as well as subway, shops, etc. The best place to stay. And the bakery downstairs - just awesome.

The location is fabulous, the staff friendly and helpful and the accommodations are clean and comfortable. Mark was exceptionally helpful.
