The location was strategically located where I could move easily to UN Headquarter and other important places like the Time Square. The room bed is excellent and well kept. The room janitor was very reliable and hard working, always making sure the room is well kept before I came in after my meetings. This is the thing I like about. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially the young man who works at the front of the lift.

Picture classic New York architecture and a one-of-a-kind neighborhood with tree-lined streets. 70 Park Avenue Hotel is located in the heart of it all. I liked the service, all people there were friendly and willing to help. It may not be that important but already the lobby makes you feel great and welcome. The room was better than expected, clean, cozy and had everything necessary. Location was amazing with access everywhere.

I dont think I heard a single sound from another guest the whole time. it almost seemed like the place was empty but it is just super sound proof. great location. walking distance to Times Square, Grand Central, Rockefeller Center & Central Park. great breakfast. beds were comfortable.
