Picture classic New York architecture and a one-of-a-kind neighborhood with tree-lined streets. 70 Park Avenue Hotel is located in the heart of it all. I liked the service, all people there were friendly and willing to help. It may not be that important but already the lobby makes you feel great and welcome. The room was better than expected, clean, cozy and had everything necessary. Location was amazing with access everywhere.

Large room, comfortable bed, equipments (wide screen TV, mini-refrigerator, microwave etc) location, relatively quiet in the middle of NYC.
