I traveled alone so the pod sizes were not a concern. The free coffee in the mornings was really good.

The hotel is conveniently located near Grand Central Terminal. It has a boutique hotel feel. The reception people was very welcoming. The room was super comfortable, a really lovely bed. Aircon that worked very well without making a sound. Water provided in the room. Nice foyer with comfortable seating. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again.

This Japanese-style hotel is located 500 metres from Grand Central Station and features a rotating repertoire of gallery pieces in the lobby. There are 2 on-site restaurants. Clean, elegant, carefully curated style. Great location, and wonderful rooftop patio/ bar. Staff is professional, and very friendly. They also had candy out for Halloween.

We had an excellent experience thanks to Rahman and Amber at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful in resolving an issue with our room and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Their local knowledge and recommendations about NYC were a fantastic bonus, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

This East Side hotel, in Manhattan's Murray Hill neighborhood, is 483 metres from Grand Central Station. The hotel features a fitness centre. I liked the ambience, interesting photography on the walls, cool jazz playing in the lobby. Nice room detail: a strip of charger outlet right next to the bed. The location is good, no tourist crowds, easy walks to most sights.

Everything was perfect- we had a costly stay - we liked the room and how spacious it was; the staff was friendly and the breakfast delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at Westin NY Grand Central!
