Just a really beautiful space, trying a little hard but succeeding. Breakfast was very good. Room was beautiful, though not much larger than the bed. Surprising amount of storage space. Great bed. And lights! Lounge and breakfast areas had a great range of seating. Location of course, like everyone says.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location (quiet neighborhood and the hotel is on a very nice street); walking distance to the most beautiful neighborhoods in NY (west village, SOHO, meatpacking, Hudson River, etc). Comfortable room and super friendly staff. Loved staying here.

The best location, incredible design, wonderful staff, great bar by the entrance as well as Le Bain on the roof. Very spacious rooms for NYC! We loved everything about our stay and would definitely come back. Go for the Hudson river view if you can.

Located 32 metres from Washington Square Park and 141 metres from the subway station, this Greenwich Village hotel features a spa and a restaurant. Complimentary WiFi is available. Hotel was perfectly located for our needs. We had easy access to the subway, yet were close enough to the sights, sounds and touristy things that we mostly walked to and then caught the subway back (High Line, Little Spain, Central Park, Times Square, Grand Central, Penn Station, Madison Square Gardens, China Town, Little Italy, Soho, Ground Zero, Battery Park, NY Stock Exchange. The room was super clean, spacious by NY standards and the bed super comfy. Staff were extremely friendly and willing to assist with advice on the best diners, restaurants, eateries, bagels, breakfasts, routes and so the list goes on. The day of our departure was seamless and our cab back to JFK was curb side within minutes of being requested. The doorman is your first point of contact, and they are super friendly and helpful, they certainly made us feel so welcome before we even entered the Lobby. Whilst we never ate in, the menu looked very appetizing, and fare fit for a king. Will definitely be back on my next visit.

The best central location in NYC. In a great neighborhood and right next to the 1 metro line, you can walk or metro to anywhere in just a few stops. The apartment has an awesome balcony to sit and watch the street below. Great equipped apartment. Air con in each room (very much needed in August!). The owner was easily contactable and kindly allowed us to keep bags after checkout until our later flight. All around great stay!
