Excellent staff, very helpful the entire stay (reception, facilities service, house keeping, etc.). Even after checkout, the staff was extremely service oriented, storing luggage until the end of the day and allowing us to freshen up, have a coffee and wait for our taxi (arranged by hotel). Perfect location, in a great neighborhood, with easy subway excess and great food options all around. Great rooms, we had the quietest stay with best sleep here in NY (compared to 5 other hotels during our trip).

Free WiFi and a 24-hour front desk are featured. this hotel is exceptional. small and well designed room with lots of charm, a great combo - rooftop bar-tapas restaurant and good coffee in the lobby, small, super-friendly and the staff is incredibly nice (!!). Wouldn't think of anywhere else to stay in NYC on my next visit.

This Manhattan urban resort is located in NoMad, 350 metres from Madison Square Park. There is an on-site spa and free WiFi access. Well located to explore the city. Room was super comfortable and clean. Staff is just amazing! Thank you for your hospitality and amazing time we had.
