O recém-renovado Hotel 31 Extended Stay está convenientemente localizado no coração de Nova Iorque, na 31.ª Rua, entre Lexington e Avenida Park South. Stayed for 30 days and this was excellent for the price. The hotel had a great location in midtown Manhattan, just off Park Avenue with subway just a few minute's walk, and it felt very safe even very late at night. Had a room with private bathroom; the room itself was very quiet and clean, so had a good night's sleep every night. Would highly recommend for an extended stay. Lots of choice for eating and sightseeing nearby - you're basically in the centre of Manhattan with easy access to everything.

Este hotel de 4 estrelas inclui um bar. this hotel is exceptional. small and well designed room with lots of charm, a great combo - rooftop bar-tapas restaurant and good coffee in the lobby, small, super-friendly and the staff is incredibly nice (!!). Wouldn't think of anywhere else to stay in NYC on my next visit.
