The vibe, the view. The retro decor in combination with the original light bulbs that give the luxurious soft light, the real fresh air from the windows that can actually open a bit. My favourite place in New York.

Very kind staff and very small but comfortable rooms with a very special and well chosen interior.Whitney Museum,High Line,Hudson,Grocery Stores and Subway were around the corner.....if you don't need too much comfort but just a quiet space to stay and sleep in NYC in an old house with atmosphere...this is your hotel!

Located in New York, 1.6 km from Flatiron Building and 1.6 km from Bloomingdales, Gorgeous Three Bedroom West Village Townhouse offers air conditioning. The best central location in NYC. In a great neighborhood and right next to the 1 metro line, you can walk or metro to anywhere in just a few stops. The apartment has an awesome balcony to sit and watch the street below. Great equipped apartment. Air con in each room (very much needed in August!). The owner was easily contactable and kindly allowed us to keep bags after checkout until our later flight. All around great stay!

Set in New York, 700 metres from NYU - New York University and less than 1 km from Bloomingdales, Three Bedroom West Village Townhouse offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free... I couldn’t fault this property. It was exactly as it is in the photos, high-spec with extremely comfortable beds, very clean and well-equipped with everything we required. It has two toilets which was a bonus given the limited space, which was more than comfortable for the three of us. The location was perfect for exploring all areas of Manhattan, either by foot or via nearby subways. The deli below the apartment is handy for grocery products, although limited, and for grabbing snacks and a breakfast sandwich. There are plenty of bars and places to eat within easy reach. Larger grocery stores are not too far away and a Target is a 10 minute walk along W Houston St. It wasn’t as noisy as I feared it might be given the busy roads outside however we visited in comfortable weather. We used the aircon in the main room only a few times, and opened the windows once or twice, but not at night time as we did find it to be noisy then. There was just one aircon in the main room which reached all rooms with the doors left ajar. I was expecting units in each bedroom however we didn’t need them. The hosts were very responsive and offered to install them should we need them. I would most definitely stay here again.
