Han fet neteja cada dia del lavabo i de l'habitació. Servei de canvi de tovalloles i papereres inclòs. Personal: Molt simpàtics i agradables. Un dia no funcionava la calefacció i ens van donar solució

The bed was clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Peng. The hotel is safely locked up, so I felt very safe. The bathrooms were cleaned very regularly. The coffee was always fresh and available, and there were even some bonus snacks available sometimes. The location was awesome, easily able to walk anywhere in Manhattan or hop on the subway.
