The location is very safe, not as frantic as other areas of the city, cleaner than elsewhere, and it has the right mix of convenience and calm. The rooms were well equipped. The toiletries were high quality. Our room was cleaned daily and we came back to a fresh room every day. There was a microwave and a mini fridge in the room, and a large working desk. A coffee machine with the provided coffee and tea selection made our early mornings much more enjoyable. We had a room with a view of the One World Trade Center and the 9/11 memorial. I could sit for a long time just enjoying the world go by. The staff was very friendly and all our interactions, even the random ones on elevators and corridors were very nice. Checkin was very quick and efficient. We needed to leave the luggage on our day out, it took a minute to sort things out, label them and we were on our way. The hotel was perfect. I like hotels to facilitate my stay without getting in the way. This one was perfect. They serve a good breakfast, but it is also close to great options in the area.

Location is perfect and the staff were very very helpful I appreciate it. The neighborhood is quiet and also safe. If I’m back to New York I will definitely be back at this hotel.
