El Riu Plaza Chicago gaudeix d'una bona ubicació al centre de Chicago i disposa de gimnàs, Wi-Fi gratuïta i bar. Fantastic new hotel in the heart of Chicago. Close to sights and great shopping and restaurants. Staff were helpful and the included breakfast was great. We were there for Thanksgiving and their thanksgiving dinner was excellent. Room was big and clean and there was even a double sink. The rooftop bar is a must do. Would defiantly stay there again.

From the greeting by the parking valet (John) and staff at the reception desk to check-out, the hotel provided 5-star quality that exceeded my expectations. The oceanfront room was spacious, spotlessly clen and well appointed, with actual glasses (instead of plastic). The (queen-sized) beds were very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The breakfast that was included with the room was excellent, with a good variety of tasty food on offer, served on real plates with metal cutlery and glasses and mugs.
