This is truly an amazing place. A hidden jewel. Could not praise the staff and the place more. It was a truly magical experience. We were welcomed by Bree who was so kind and friendly. Our cabin was just beautiful set among the trees. we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Absolutely loved our 4 night stay here! We tried to extend, but they were fully booked for the next 2 nights. we will return again for sure. it’s conveniently located at the bottom of the Heavenly ski resort, which is fantastic! Valet parking is free which is awesome!! We stayed in one of the remodelled rooms on the 4th floor which was really nice! Huge Fridge and niche kitchenette area. Can’t speak to some of the older rooms though.

The Coachman Hotel is set in beautiful South Lake Tahoe. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and restaurant. Check in was smooth. Love the complimentary smores available at night. Room looks modern and new. Seems like they just renovated. Didn't explore much since we only stayed for one night. But it was walkable to the resort at stateline avenue with restaurants and casino, so not too bad. Didn't notice any public transport nodes nearby though.
