This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. It is very clean, not noisy at all, the receptionist staff they are always welcoming and helpful. They do have a parking slot near to the hotel, which I did not now before, you just need to ask the front desk for the location of the parking and they give you a disc, which is amazing specially in NYC.

Picture classic New York architecture and a one-of-a-kind neighborhood with tree-lined streets. 70 Park Avenue Hotel is located in the heart of it all. the room was beautiful, wry co for table, and the location was very nice and quiet but very well situated for sightseeing!

Everything was perfect, perfect location, perfect staff , rooms are spaciois compared to other hotels in newyork , housekeeping service was excellent , room facilities , very quite , and emplyees are very helpfull . Would definetly book again if i ever visited newyork.

Everything was very clean. The stuff was very nice. The furniture of the rooms is unique. The water pressure in the bathroom was great. We really enjoyed our stay.
