The lobby was always a vibe with great music, people, atmosphere. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I’d actually want to spend time in the lobby! The staff were all fun and friendly. Loved the iconic location right next to the Apollo!

Located in Harlem, this stylish New York hotel features a bar and fitness centre just 3 minutes' walk from Apollo Theatre. Free WiFi access is available. Really comfortable hotel. The room is big, decor is quit updated, the bed is really comfortable. The little vending space ate the lobby is very convenient. The gym is ok, nice equipments. I was there to attend a course at Columbia Business School, and the location was perfect, walking distance (about 15 min walk). Many options of public transport nearby (Subway A and C 1 block away, Subways 2 and 3 2 blocks away). Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Michael was an excellent and gracious host, and the space is lovely and unique.

Max was an outstanding host. Attentive, intuitive, and always available, he combined responsiveness with the grace of a gentleman and the intellect of a scholar, making him a pleasure to be around. His attention to detail in both the upkeep of his home and the care of his guests was remarkable. The provision of an unlimited selection of snacks, drinks, coffees, sodas, and even an array of exotic noodles was truly impressive. On top of this, the thoughtful touch of a leopard-print evening gown added a unique charm to the experience. The part of Harlem where his home is situated felt authentic and vibrant, yet safe, with excellent public transport links. In every way, my stay was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it. Without hesitation, I look forward to returning—five stars out of five!

Overall this was a wonderful stay. The apartment sits within a beautiful, historic building in the middle of West Harlem. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Clearly a lot of thought and care has been put into the space and the entire building.

Good natural lighting, comfortable bed, working heater, equipped kitchen, this place had everything I needed.
