Convenient location to Times Square, thus the reason for making this place our accommodation for one night in late July 2024. All of our prior booking requests were met. Even though it was rather busy upon check in, we just flowed right in and they had an excellent team at the receptionist counter to expedite everyone. It didn't take more than 10 minutes to wait and get our room key considering the crowd. That was AWESOME!

Exceptional staff!! Our room was on the 8th floor, and besides hearing guests in other rooms a little bit it was pretty quiet despite the traffic outside. The bed was huge and comfortable, the room was spacious and bright and the city view was very nice. It also came with free water, which you could refill and the machine also offered crushed ice, which you could put in a cooling bucket. The TV was big and had several Apps and TV channels installed. The subway to the airport and downtown was right in front of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone coming to NYC for the first time!
