A couple of meters away from 3 or 4 metro stations. 7-11, Lawson and Family Mart right around the corner. Loved the room! It was spacious. The toilet was separate to the shower which really helped with getting out the door in the morning.

The staff was great! We noticed that they were of different nationalities and they speak very good English which was very helpful. Communicating with them was easy. They were also very accommodating. They even booked taxi services and received packages for us. :)

There was good space for us to stretch out and keep our belongings out of our way. The refrigerator and kitchenette were very helpful. The bathroom was great as 3 people could use it at once. Tea and coffee daily were a plus and the pajamas were a nice touch. They held our luggage on our last day until we had to leave for the airport. Everything was VERY clean, the staff was VERY helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect and close, but not too close to the hustle and bustle.

Situated 1.5 km from Sensoji Temple, MIMARU Tokyo Ueno North provides free WiFi in all areas. The accommodation features a hot tub. The units have a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge. Convenient location near JR and other stations. Staff are nice and helpful, and always provide advice for my enquiries. My kids love bunked bed much. With washer/dryer facility good for long stay. Overall clean and neat.

Room was really nice and had a huge bath. The projector screen was a really nice addition, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was nice and housekeeping was very excellent.

The room didn't have any flaw. It was cozy, quite big and very clean. There were a lot of things provided, such as slippers, toothbrushes, towels and bath products, and it was usually all in pair. Also, the room wasn't noisy and it had a very effective and functional air conditioner, with several options. The shower was very good too and you could adjust the temperature, as well as the height of the tap and its power. It was in a good position and very foreigner friendly. The bed was very big, more like a king's size bed then an actual single bed, warm and comfortable. You could block the window to darken the room, with curtains, to sleep better. The room had a controlling panel next to the bed too, used to manage the air conditioner, all of the lights, and the bed. The room had all I could have asked for.

And the staff who greeted us was all smiles and friendly
