Nice in between location, Easy to get to Akihabara/Asakusa but also to get to Shibuya/Shinjuku areas which is what initially drew us to the hotel. The joint rooms meant we had two bathrooms and lots of space to go in between both rooms. Was well aware of the trains as per the other reviews so that didn't phase us and we were able to get in some good rest. Staff were lovely, helpful that during the night the street parking is free so we were able to park with no trouble as it's a side street. But suidobashi station is a stone throw away and also tokyo dome for all the eateries. Such a nice location, Beds were japanese style so not the most comfortable but we're weren't staying for long so didn't mind.

Very close to the metro station. The workers were extremely nice and helpful, The breakfast was great, I love the traditional breakfast. They clean your room when you ask but anyway they leave clean towels coffee and all other stuff in front of your door without bothering. The last end was the best bed. It was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. It was an excellent experience ❤️

Located less than a minute's walk away from A5 exit of Iidabashi Station for Tozai Line, APA Hotel Iidabashi Ekimae is a convenient location to explore central Tokyo. This was one of the best stay in our trip to Japan. The customer service was another level. We had a lot of luggage and we’re traveling with a toddler. We also arrived from another hotel where we lost our luggage and had the worst customer service so we were really stressed. But the customer service provided from the moment of check in until checkout at this hotel was exceptional. One particular staff in the reception was so considerate. The staff explained to us the easiest way to travel to the airport and even helped us to carry our luggage outside of the hotel. We were in a hurry since we were scared we might miss our flight so I couldn’t get the name of the staff. The staff reception had a female attendant on 14th June. I would never forgot the customer service provided by this particular staff. And I’m wholeheartedly grateful. The rooms are small compared to other hotels but I would easily choose this hotel over any other hotel in Tokyo simply due to the friendliness of all the staff and customer service.
