The room was stylish and felt large after other hotels in Tokyo. The amenities were great and breakfast was also good.

Staff were very receptive to the kids. Really great for families, particularly young ones. Really close to the subway station. Not far from the airport bus station too. Rooms were great, had everything a family needs, such as washing machine/dryer. Clean rooms too.

Nastanitev Sakura Cross Hotel Tokyo Kayabacho se nahaja v Tokiju, 3 min hoje od znamenitosti Zuiken Kawamura Former Residence Place Monument, in ponuja sobe s klimatsko napravo ter z brezplačnim WiFi.... Very spacious for Japan... Beds were so very comfortable. Across frrom a playground... and so very close to public transport. Amazong donut/coffee shop was right around the corner. Also, a 7/11. The lady who was always at reception was SO HELPFUL and Kind. I believe her name was Ngh (pronounced Nah). She made it perfect! We tried to book for longer, but it was booked out. If you are traveling with family.. This is PERFECT.

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, helpful and very professional. The hotel’s location is excellent. Service was exceptional and our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

The size of the room, facilities (pijamas, toothbrush), very close to Tokyo station and metro. Staff was very friendly and supportive with all our requests.

A lovely hotel in a quiet location in Tokyo. The Staff were SO ver,y kind and helpful to me with my queries: i.e. sorting my Luggage out for distribution to my onward destination to name but a few. Excellent Public Transport System and Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace are roughly about 30 minutes walk. Lots of nice Cafés and Restaurants nearby.
