Extra activities for the kids at reception level. Staff were very receptive to the kids. Really great for families, particularly young ones. Really close to the subway station. Not far from the airport bus station too. Rooms were great, had everything a family needs, such as washing machine/dryer. Clean rooms too.

The combination of impeccable design, top-notch service, and excellent breakfast made it one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. Objekat Sakura Cross Hotel Tokyo Kayabacho, koji se nalazi u Tokiju, na 3 min. Very spacious for Japan... Beds were so very comfortable. Across frrom a playground... and so very close to public transport. Amazong donut/coffee shop was right around the corner. Also, a 7/11. The lady who was always at reception was SO HELPFUL and Kind. I believe her name was Ngh (pronounced Nah). She made it perfect! We tried to book for longer, but it was booked out. If you are traveling with family.. This is PERFECT.

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, helpful and very professional. The hotel’s location is excellent. Service was exceptional and our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

A lovely hotel in a quiet location in Tokyo. The Staff were SO ver,y kind and helpful to me with my queries: i.e. sorting my Luggage out for distribution to my onward destination to name but a few. Excellent Public Transport System and Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace are roughly about 30 minutes walk. Lots of nice Cafés and Restaurants nearby.
