Super spacious and very well equipped. A really nice kitchenette with ample supplies for our entire stay. Comfy beds and a/c works great too. Even got laundry and tatami area in the room! Very friendly staff, especially the front desk was able to receive the delivery for my delayed baggage and communicated well with me.

Conveniently set in Tokyo, &Here TOKYO UENO provides 3-star accommodations close to Ryuseido Shinjo-in Temple and Shitamachi Museum. Location was perfect. A couple of meters away from 3 or 4 metro stations. 7-11, Lawson and Family Mart right around the corner. Loved the room! It was spacious. The toilet was separate to the shower which really helped with getting out the door in the morning.

Clean , Cosy and comfortable room size for 2 adults and a 3 year old. Well equipped kitchenette. Family mart just down the road. Few Metro lines walkable distance. Ginza line had elevator access so we used that mostly , easier with baby stroller. We arrived from Narita via skyliner to Ueno and took a cab to hotel (cost 500yen). Front desk staff were really friendly!! Met a fellow Malaysian at the counter and she was lovely to talk to! Quiet area but there are eateries around and it’s convenient to get to the town areas via metro. I’d book this place again if I’m going back to Japan.
