KOKO HOTEL Residence Asakusa Tawaramachi está muy bien situado en el barrio de Taito, Tokio, a 5 min a pie de Matsuba Park, a pocos pasos de Eiken-ji Temple y a 5 min a pie de Kappabashi-dori Shopping... La habitación era muy espaciosa y cómoda. La cocina realmente muy completa. La usamos bastante para la cena para lo que también nos ayudó mucho tener un Seven Eleven a dos cuadras. La entrada al subterráneo a 100 o 300 m (según el sentido) nos permitió movernos muy fácilmente y prácticamente en cualquier horario. Fue excelente tener un lavarropas a disposición en la habitación.

Almont Hotel Nippori está muy bien situado en el barrio de Arakawa, Tokio, a 7 min a pie de Kyoouji Temple, a 700 metros de The Site of Koda Rohan House y a 8 min a pie de Asakura Museum of Sculpture.... Large public bath in the hotel was wonderful! Breakfast was exceptional!! Coin laundry facility was nice touch.

MIMARU Tokyo Asakusa Station es un alojamiento de 4 estrellas situado en Tokio, a 2 min a pie de Estación de metro Asakusa y a 200 metros de Komagatado. Great hotel with easy access to the subway and you can take an express train almost to the door. Staff were wonderful. We booked the family room which has bunk beds that the kids loved.

Asakusa Kokono Club Hotel, que tiene terraza, está en el centro de Tokio, a pocos pasos de Edo Taito Traditional Crafts Center. A gem of a hotel! It is in a lovely location - close to Senso-ji temple - and many bars and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable - we had a shared bathroom, but assigned your own shower and there are several toilets so it was never crowded. The breakfast was very yummy as well - 3 options including a traditional Japanese breakfast. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. There are bikes you can use as well which was a great way to explore the area. Luggage drop off is also allowed.

Situated 1.5 km from Sensoji Temple, MIMARU Tokyo Ueno North provides free WiFi in all areas. The accommodation features a hot tub. The units have a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge. Firm recommendation for larger families/groups. We stayed at the Mimaru Tokyo Ueno North hotel which is made up entirely of suites of various sizes. We had a suite for six (for five of us), three adults (my wife and I plus 21 year-old son) and two teenage kids, 15 & 17. The suite has four single beds, more like 3/4 doubles (based on U.K. bed sizes). Fine for one adult, plenty of room. The beds are quite firm, certainly firmer than I’m used to at home, but very comfortable. Lots of pillows and some of them are double sided with the rice grain type filling on one side. Others are soft like a feather pillow (not sure of the filling but they were just like they were filled with duck down). There’s also two bunk beds which are similar size but narrower. My oldest son, 6ft, had no issue sleeping in it. There’s a kitchen area and seating for six. It’s equipped with a hot plate, sink, fridge/freezer and kettle along with cutlery and plates for six. Sharp knives and chopping board, plus pots & pans under the sink. We didn’t cook in the room, but we bought in bread, butter, cereal and cheese for breakfast to fuel up before we started the day. There’s no toaster, but you can borrow these from reception for no charge (Mimaru hotels have a variety of what they call “rental” items but they’re all free to borrow). There’s a lounge area with TV (all Japanese channels) but we borrowed an Apple TV from reception so we could watch Netflix etc. It’s about an 8 minute walk to Ueno station and about 10-12 minutes from Ueno Centre (lots of restaurants and shops). Lawson and Family Mart within a few minutes for bits & pieces and there’s a larger supermarket in the station (although it seems more expensive than the konbinis for the stuff we’ve been buying for breakfast). The only thing I could say against it, was the lack of shelf space in the wardrobe for things like t-shirts & shorts etc that you’d normally lay flat rather than hang up.

Only a 5-minute walk from Asakusa Subway Station and Tawaramachi Subway Station, B:CONTE Asakusa offers modern accommodations with a kitchen and an in-room launderette. Not the first time coming... my favorite place to stay when I come to Tokyo (already the 6th time). Clean, convenient with kitchen and washing machine in the room. Quiet even if in the heart of Asakusa. Near Senso-ji temple, restaurants ans shops. Staff really professional, kind and welcoming
