Great location, nice and clean room and absolutely wonderful staff that were very kind and accommodating!! Such a great location, and my kids loved the beds. Best toilets of all the places we stayed in Japan! Would definitely stay again. :)

There's nothing I don't like about this hotel! Reasonable price with a perfect location, we can easily walk to several stations in under 5 minutes. They give free drinks and snacks everyday. All the staffs are very helpful, friendly, speak a very good English, and special thanks to Rea and her colleague for their great hospitality during our stay. But the best thing is that they let us keep our luggages at the hotel when we're traveling to Osaka for a few days, definitely will recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Tokyo!

Staff very kind and helpful, amenities free of charge coffee/ water. Bath salt to relax after long days and walking huge distances. Very comfortable beds. Right next to Subway and close to JR Kanda station. Clean rooms. We asked if we could storage 1 large bag 8 days before our check in and they assisted us. Great convenience for our trip!
