In Rome's central Monti area, Hotel Grifo features a terrace with magnificent city views. The location is perfect, within walking distance from Colosseum, Trevi Fountain or Pantheon. We also have been by foot to Vatican and to Borghese Gallery (approx. 35 min walk). The room was sufficient for our family; not very large, but very comfortable with extremely good beds and very clean. One should keep in mind that this is a small hotel in an old building in the historical area of the city, so indeed the hotel had exceeded our expectations! The breakfast had a good variety of food and of very good quality. But, beside all these good things, what was absolutely outstanding were the people working there. They were all very, very nice, warm people, who always had a smile and who have been very helpful with all information we needed: restaurants, shopping areas, tickets, whatever we asked, they help or they simply asked how was our day and how we are. And THIS made our stay really special. We had to leave before the breakfast time, and they took care to let us know to come earlier and have coffee and some croissants, so we don't leave without eating anything. This way to take care of the guests is nowadays a really rare thing. Much appreciated, thank you! When we will visit Rome (because we will come again for sure, since this is an amazing city) we will come back at this hotel.

Attractively set in Rome, Palazzo Velabro, a Member of Design Hotels has air-conditioned rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The location is walking distance to a lot of major sights like the Colosseum and Trastevere. We liked the general design of the house, especially the stylish bar. Staff was wonderful, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable for three.

Dharma Boutique Hotel & SPA is located in Monti, one of Rome's most popular districts. Cavour Metro Station is nearby, and Termini Train Station and the Coliseum are about 10 minutes' walk away. The Hotel is very “boutique” with lovely high quality finishes and well thought out spaces and we could not fault this. The location is great for restaurants, night life, historical sites within walking distance and immersing yourself in the great City of Rome but the staff are completely next level. Daniela, Antonio and all the staff are exceptional at delivering warm Italian hospitality and a flawless level of care and attention. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and invested in ensuring that your stay is the best possible. Highly recommend this hotel as an exceptional experience with the staff being the amazing.

Located in the heart of ancient Rome, The Inn at the Roman Forum is within walking distance of the Coliseum and Roman Forum, and actually houses ruins inside the property. WiFi is free throughout. The Inn at The Roman was incredible! The hotel is so beautifully decorated and welcoming! The staff are warm and helpful and love to spend time getting to know their clients personally and treat them like family. This was our first time visiting the hotel and couldn’t have had a better time anywhere else. Having breakfast on the terrace each day was magical with the view of the Roman Forum in the distance. The ruins in the Crypto Portico were unbelievable. We can’t wait to visit again!
