Pompeo was very helpful, responsive and provided all the info we needed. The room was spacious and clean! Provides daily room service, though we did not use it. Very near, around 5 to 7 mins walk to Termini train and metro station. Happening area with restaurants and bars around, has a cute souvenir shop next to the entrance. The reception and rooms are located at Level 1, and there is a lift in the building. Do bring along earplug as it is right in front of a main road, we slept well. Easy check out, highly recommended!

Opened in 2012, the Demetra Hotel is opposite the Rome Opera House and 5 minutes' walk from Termini Station. The hotel and room were excellently clean. The location is just perfect. The breakfast was good. The staff were also great. I enjoyed my stay here and will highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome for any purpose. Top hotel!
