This is rare for a hotel, and he was a great host! Location was top notch too as it was close to amenities, restaurants, the main train station, and easy to find too!

Opened in 2012, the Demetra Hotel is opposite the Rome Opera House and 5 minutes' walk from Termini Station. The location of the hotel is very good. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is helpful, friendly and kind. The breakfast was very delicious. The room is cleaned daily.
