The room was super clean. All the details been taking care of. Comfy bed and spacious room. Tv with Netflix service. Coffee machine with capsules was my favourite. Special colorful led lights are installed behind the tv, room ceiling and shower. Regarding the location it’s right next to train station and bus station. There’s a market under the building, barber shop and restaurants. If you cross the road and turned right there’s an ice cream shop for 3 euro was super delicious and busy. Totally recommended it. David is a great host and he goes out of his way to support you and to make you feel at home. I felt more than welcomed at his Guest House. Out of courtesy, he provided me with coffee, snacks and water even if those were not included in the price. Well done!

Fabrizio excelent host. He met us , told everything about staying. He explained everything to us, helped us to see and get to know Rome during the 3 days of our stay. His care for us was exemplary. The cakes tasted great. The living area was quiet. We enjoyed it very much and if I were to return to Rome, I would definitely take advantage of this accommodation. I recommend it to everyone. Rome centre isn't close but the many buses get you on the right spot.

It was an amazing place to stay in Rome, the staff girl was super nice and so helpful, We had a great experience staying in this place and we are so grateful for the good info we received. Katrina if you are reading this, you were the best staff we had in my entire Europe trip. I will go back and stay in your place again! I really love it!
