Calm and good location, a little cozy corner in the city centre. Lovely stuff and nicely decorated rooms. Will definitely come back when we will be next time in Rome.

In the chic residential Aventino area of Rome, San Anselmo is a 19th-century villa with a garden where breakfast is served when the weather is nice. Great experience, dreamlike room and accommodation in general. We requested the four poster bed and got exactly that, received a welcome drink upon check in and the room had a very large bathtub. Late checkout until noon was perfect. Definitely worth the **** and corresponding price. If you go down the hill, you get a variety of dining options, some good (wine)bars and metro station to get to Rome’s ancient sightseeing attractions.

Sourire Hotel offers accommodations centrally located in Rome, just a 14-minute walk from the Coliseum. It features free WiFi throughout and air-conditioned rooms. The location was perfect. 10min walk from the colosseum. We did everything by walking. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was very good. The room is practical and clean. However, make sure you bring an adapter for the charger. Only one type C electrical outlet was available in the room. The others were type L

Located 1969 feet from the Testaccio area and a short walk across the Tiber River to the Trastevere area, Hotel Major Aventinus offers rooms with views of the garden or street. The property was in a beautiful area! A short walk from restaurants, supermarkets, the train, parks, famous sightseeings, and close enough to get to other areas by foot. The staff were so accommodating, and we loved how family oriented it was. The room fit our needs and was very charming. The only thing I can say is that it was a bit hot being that there was no ac, but I also went in the height of summer. It was such a lovely experience, I highly recommend.

Located on the Aventino, one of Rome's 7 hills, Santa Prisca is 10 minutes' walk from FAO headquarters and 1312 feet from Piramide Metro Station. Parking and internet are free. Clean, quiet and welcoming hotel. Good breakfast and nice terrace. All the reception, bar, breakfast and cleaning staff were very friendly and kind.

The breakfast was exceptional.. It's steps away from the famous keyhole and orange groves. One of the most romantic hotels in Rome, beautifully decorated.

Located conveniently in the Aventino Piramide district of Rome, Sonder Testaccio is located a 14-minute walk from Roma Trastevere Train Station, 1.4 miles from Roman Forum and 1.6 miles from Palazzo... The location is excellent. The metro is close by, within walking distance. There's a market nearby where you can buy fresh produce, snacks, light meals, and drinks. You can also take a stroll to the Trastevere area, where there are many authentic Italian cafes. Trams are also nearby, and you can easily reach these stops without much effort.
