It had all the efficiency of a hotel, but with the friendliness of a B&B. The location was perfect walking distance to everything in a very safe neighborhood. The entire facility was spotlessly clean. breakfast was outstanding, tons of selection and all extremely fresh and the reception staff especially Evaleria, could not do enough for us to make sure our stay was perfect.

Located 600 metres from the Testaccio area and a short walk across the Tiber River to the Trastevere area, Hotel Major Aventinus offers rooms with views of the garden or street. Very clean, very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful garden and neighborhood. Classical and timeless design allows for enjoying a relaxing stay. It felt more as a hotel in the countryside than in the center of Rome. This adds to the value of the stay. I definetely recommend this hotel for connoiseurs of quality and beauty! Pricing is reasonable.

Friendly helpful staff, smooth check-in and check-out. Good location to explore Rome or to catch the early morning trains to the airport from Ostiense station which is only 15 min walk away. Free voucher was included for an authentic Italian breakfast at the bar opposite the hotel, perfect way to start the day!

In the centre of Rome, Hotel Aventino is located on the quiet Aventine Hill, a 10-minute walk from Circo Massimo Metro. It features elegant rooms and free WiFi throughout. -Staff was very kind -Breakfast was very good and complete. -Room was very clean, comfortable not too big.

The design hotel Abitart is situated in the heart of the Ostiense neighbourhood, close to Ostiense Railway and Metro Station, which provides quick access to all of Rome, including Fiumicino Airport. The location the breakfast the size of the room

Hotel Villa San Pio is located on Rome's green Aventine Hill. Made up of 3 separate villas, and quiet gardens. The elegant rooms feature wood floors and decorative walls. So many things to like about this place: One of the best possible locations in Rome, just outside the tourist flows, but still close enough to everything (some 10 mins on foot to Circo Massimo, and another 7 or so to the Colloseum) in a green and quiet oasis full of hidden gems (in particular various chruches and Benedictine monasteries). Clean, comfy rooms with generous balconies, and all the luxury one needs, but nothing ostentatious. Decent breakfast buffet (although it can get a bit boring over several days) with sufficient salty choice, unlike most bars in Italy which will only serve you sweet stuff for breakfast. And above all nice and helpful (and fortunately not intrusive or overly eager to please) staff whether at breakfast, cleaning or front desk (and thinking here of signore Ettore in particular).

It was really lovely staying. The room was clean and exactly like on the pictures. Staff was also really lovely and were happy to help us with anything. It don’t matter what time you go to the breakfast you will always get everything fresh. I can recommend this accommodation with all my heart.
