The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful with our travel itinerary. The hotel was at a great location for our pilgrimage. It was clean and well kept.

Boasting a great location a few steps from the Vatican Museums and Vatican City Walls, Hearth Hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Saint Peter's Square in Rome. Clean, well located very good price. The a atmosphere is like at home.

The Tiberio is located in the Balduina residential district, a 20-minute walk from the Vatican Museums. We arrived at the Hotel before check in time and Greeted by a very accommodating staff. While we were early the staff was able to get us checked in and answer all of our questions for the moment. We were fortunate that the staff was expecting us and we were able to get in our room. The room #502, I believe was the best in the hotel. Balcony and a view of the city and streets. This was real Italy. Being Americans and unfamiliar with Roman traditions we were surprised that the A/c was set on 81 degrees but we were given a fan. Also no ice machine but we were able to get a bowl of ice from the restaurant. Everything we needed and every question we asked were attended to. More than once with a comical resolution but the staff at this hotel and restaurant were over and above patient. We loved it.

This hotel is all about location,location,location. It is very near The Vatican. And if you come out of the the tour of the Vatican Museum, the hotel is just across the exit. Rooms are always clean. Linens are crisp and clean and fresh. And the hotel scent is perfect.

Hotel Pacific boasts 50 years of welcoming tradition and experience in a completely renovated building, close to Saint Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums, elegant neighbourhood in the Eternal... The staff are amazing, they upgraded us to a bigger room for no extra cost at our request. The nearest bus stop is 20m away, making it super easy to visit other parts of town.
