Friendly staff at breakfast. Friendly, fair and professional staff at the Reception. Extremely clean rooms, bed linen changed every day! The location of the hotel is extremely good - all metro and bus lines are about 100-200 meters from the hotel, and thus there is a connection with the whole city, especially for visits to the Vatican and/or the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant' Angelo, Trestevere quarter, etc. You can even go on foot. Possibility to have a very tasty and, if desired, lunch and/or dinner as part of half or full board. Fantastic separate area for smokers in the garden of the hotel. All the information needed for a tour of the city are provided by the friendly staff at the hotel reception. The refund of the deposit against damage to the room is the same day after check-out from the hotel. El Hotel Nova Domus Aurelia se encuentra en Roma, a 1,8 km de la basílica de San Pedro, y ofrece alojamiento con salón compartido, estacionamiento privado y bar. We are very satisfied with our stay. Staff is polite and very helpful, room that we were given is spacious and clean. Cleaning is done on daily basis. Breakfast is excelent, there is plenty of options and everything is refilled regularly during breakfast hours. Location is close to Vatican and it is easy to get to different locations across Rome.

Loved the hotel concept and I really enjoyed the entire aesthetics of the hotel — from their lobby, lift, restaurants, hotel facilities and especially the rooms. Truly made me feel like I’m in a holiday resort and one of my best stays here in Rome. Their gym assortment were sufficient with dumbbell weights, running threads etc. loved it!

El Hearth Hotel goza de una ubicación idónea en Roma, a poca distancia a pie de los Museos Vaticanos y de las murallas del Vaticano y a 10 minutos a pie de la plaza de San Pedro. Viajo mi hija con unas amigas . Fueron muy gentiles. Todo estuvo impecable, hasta les obsequiaron con unas entradas para poder ingresar a la audiencia papal de los miércoles. Muy agradecida y sin duda repetiremos si tenemos la fortuna de volver a Roma
