In Rome's central Monti area, Hotel Grifo features a terrace with magnificent city views. I loved the staff at this hotel! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and I don't think my stay in Roma would have been the same without them. They gave recommendations to when to visit attractions, where to go, and called taxis for us. Reception was available 24/7. The location was great, and walkable to fantastic restaurants and gelato. I felt safe at this location. The Colosseo and Trevi Fountain were walkable, and so were a ton of other attractions. The breakfast was included, and so delicious. I'm still thinking about it now that I'm back home! I really enjoyed my stay here, and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome :)

Set between the Coliseum and Piazza Venezia, the Romano is a boutique hotel overlooking the Roman Forum. The rooms are uniquely decorated and set over 4 floors of a historical building. The hotel is close to all tourist attractions. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed. the rooms very clean and comfortable.

The great Team, always taking care of us, supportive and doing everything to make our stay the best. The location closed to multiple historical sites (Massimo circo, Coliseum) and making easily accessible the historical center by bus (lines #714, 628 & 81 closed ton the hotel).

The staff was very great and very helpful !! Explains everything about the city and culture, the room was clean and comfy and the place is 15min by foot from the Colosseo !

Breakfast was fabulous, with a lot of variety. Upon arriving staff gives you a list of the restaurants that they recommend and their location. We were also received with a fruit basket and some drinks. Place was really clean.
