Receptionist welcomed us, told us how to contact him if we need help, gave us a tourist map, marked nearby tourist attractions, and gave us advice on which restoraunts/pizzerias nearby to try out (that advice was good).

My 5th stay in Rome and it’s my favorite hotel now. We have moved to 5star for another few nights . Though Palazzo Velabro concurred our hearts . Stylish interiors , exceptional location , delicious breakfast and attentive service . Highly recommended.
