Upon arrival we received a warm welcome, and helpful suggestions where to have dinner and which places/ sites to visit. We had the luck to receive an upgrade to a larger and bright room with a balcony. Sophie, the owner, chose a very good colour combination for the walls and ceiling and furniture which creates a very nice ambience. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a sturdy showerhead and strong water jet.The villa is situated in a very charming neighbourhood with grocery stores and restaurants near by. A tram station is within 2 minute reach from the villa getting you straight to the old town. If we ever visit again we will try and stay at Villa Saint Hubert.

Good location with easy access to central Nice using public transport (tram). 2. Clean and spacious apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 persons. 3. Friendly and helpful host, Fetene assisted us with all the information which we needed regarding our stay in Nice.
