Loved the welcome and staff were especially helpful. The staff told us how to get to Eze and the Panarama view. We loved it. Great location, convenient to everywhere! Great coffee! We are so glad we stayed at this hotel. We'll come back again!

Set directly on the Promenade des Anglais, opposite the beach, this hotel was renovated in 2015 and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi access. It was perfect a couple of days wasn't long enough. We wished we could of stayed for longer. The view from our room was amazing. The room was lovely well set out and good sized bathroom and shower. The owner was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be going back. Thankyou for a wonderful couple of days.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was more than enough space for me and 5 of my friends. David sent clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property as well as going a step further and helping us figure out the tram. The property location is ideal, right next to a tram stop, a 5 minute walk from both the beach and the promenade, as well as a small grocery shop and restaurant just nearby. Throughout our stay David was incredibly helpful and offered recommendations for restaurants etc nearby. If you’re looking to come to Nice, this is the place to stay!!

Absolutely everything. In apartment we had everything what we needed for our stay. Terrace was partially overlooking on see and beach and was really spacious. Host even prepared chairs and sunshade for us to use on beach. Superb location! You are located 50m from beach, in front of building's entry you have tram station, but also bikes to rent (highly recommend it to do on promenade). Host was really great, help us with direction, where to go around and in Nice and even left some drinks in fridge for us. Parking is near by, some 50m away, underground, and wide enough for SUV. Next time I come to Nice, I'll first check if this apartment is available!
