Hotel Villa Les Cygnes is located in Nice, just 20 metres from the Musée des Beaux Arts and 500 metres from the beach. Small and lovely hotel only 15 minute walk from the beach. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and beds comfortable. Very friendly and helpful manager Nicolas.

Just 80 metres from the Promenade des Anglais, Locarno is a 20-minute walk from the centre of Nice’s historic quarter. It offers 24-hour reception with free WiFi available throughout. Very well located, room freshly renovated and comfy. Staff was fantastic from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Everyone was friendly and happy to provide info and tips about the city. Breakfast was amazing and ideal to charge you up good for the day, even the ladies in the kitchen were super friendly. Overall it was pretty impress for the price and we’ll be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Nice.

Great view from balcony, convenient transport with both tram and bus to go to city centre or airport. Highly recommended

Set directly on the Promenade des Anglais, opposite the beach, this hotel was renovated in 2015 and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi access. It was perfect a couple of days wasn't long enough. We wished we could of stayed for longer. The view from our room was amazing. The room was lovely well set out and good sized bathroom and shower. The owner was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be going back. Thankyou for a wonderful couple of days.

Sea view - Promenade des Anglais is a beachfront property situated in Nice, a few steps from Plage Poincare and 100 metres from Plage Magnan. Susana, the lady who welcomed us, has been very kind and available to help us about anything we needed

Set within the Les Baumettes district in Nice, Nice Lenval Seaview Free Parking has air conditioning, a terrace, and sea views. Absolutely everything. In apartment we had everything what we needed for our stay. Terrace was partially overlooking on see and beach and was really spacious. Host even prepared chairs and sunshade for us to use on beach. Superb location! You are located 50m from beach, in front of building's entry you have tram station, but also bikes to rent (highly recommend it to do on promenade). Host was really great, help us with direction, where to go around and in Nice and even left some drinks in fridge for us. Parking is near by, some 50m away, underground, and wide enough for SUV. Next time I come to Nice, I'll first check if this apartment is available!
