Needed a place where we could work comfortably for a couple days and then explore Nice for a few days. This hotel was a great option. Evocative historic maison, but had all the necessary modern amenities - comfortable bed, fast wifi, plus a nice little balcony area to catch the afternoon sun. It's a quick walk to the promenade and maybe 10-15 minutes to Le Negresco - anything in the city is walkable from here. Nicholas was a thoughtful and attentive host.

The hotel was easy to get to from the train station on the tram (tram stop really close to the hotel) and the tram made sightseeing easy. Our room had everything we needed for our stay and was clean.

Just 80 metres from the Promenade des Anglais, Locarno is a 20-minute walk from the centre of Nice’s historic quarter. It offers 24-hour reception with free WiFi available throughout. Very well located, room freshly renovated and comfy. Staff was fantastic from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Everyone was friendly and happy to provide info and tips about the city. Breakfast was amazing and ideal to charge you up good for the day, even the ladies in the kitchen were super friendly. Overall it was pretty impress for the price and we’ll be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Nice.

Set directly on the Promenade des Anglais, opposite the beach, this hotel was renovated in 2015 and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi access. Loved our stay at Hotel Flots D’Azur! The owners are wonderful and welcoming, I had an issue with the central air and they came to help me right away. The location is great, the ocean view is beautiful the room is small but for a short stay of only 3 nights-it had everything we needed! I would stay here again.

Situated on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Villa Eden is a hotel offering views of the Mediterranean Sea, 2.2 km from Nice's Old Town and Massena Square and 3.5 km from Phoenix Park. Very clean. Lovely friendly staff. The location was superb with the Promenade directly across the road and the main tram line and large supermarkets and cafés just around the corner.

Friendly and helpful owner/caretaker on site who was available for anything we needed and kindly offered to look after our bags so we could make the most of our final day. Perfect location - amenities on the doorstep and sights within walking distance but far enough for some peace and relaxation, too.

In apartment we had everything what we needed for our stay. Terrace was partially overlooking on see and beach and was really spacious. Host even prepared chairs and sunshade for us to use on beach. Superb location! You are located 50m from beach, in front of building's entry you have tram station, but also bikes to rent (highly recommend it to do on promenade). Host was really great, help us with direction, where to go around and in Nice and even left some drinks in fridge for us. Parking is near by, some 50m away, underground, and wide enough for SUV. Next time I come to Nice, I'll first check if this apartment is available!
