The house is close to tram station,which takes you to train station, airport and old city with shops,it is just across the street from Promenade des Anglais. Perfect location in two words. The studio has everything you need.

From the moment we booked, she was incredibly communicative and responsive, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in. Upon arrival, Cendrine greeted us warmly and provided a thorough tour of the property, highlighting all the amenities available. Her local knowledge was invaluable, as she gave us fantastic recommendations for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Throughout our stay, she checked in regularly to ensure everything was going well and was always available to assist with any questions or concerns. We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends and plan to stay here again the next time we're in Nice.
