From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.

Nice Promenade, Merveilleuse vue mer se encuentra en el barrio de Fabron, en Niza, a pocos pasos de Plage Aubry Lecomte, a 1 min a pie de Plage de Sainte Hélène y a 200 metros de Plage Régence. Our host Leslie was fantastic! Amazing with communication before during and at the end of the trip, so helpful and kind! The apartment looks exactly as pictured, very neat and tidy and offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building itself, while a little dated, was very clean and safe. The view was spectacular!

The location was fabulous.. so easy to travel by tram to the airport or into the city centre or to the port. The apartment is beautiful with a beautiful view! Angelo greeted us and ran through everything we needed to know. Great experience!

El piso es pequeño pero suficiente para una familia de 4. Muy cómodo y decorado con mucho detalle y cariño. Buena ubicación con un supermercado a pocos metros y una panadería artesanal con muy buen producto. El propietario Emilian muy simpático.
