Appartement cosy is set in the Liberation district of Nice, 2.5 km from Plage Sporting, 2.5 km from Plage Lido and 1.1 km from Nice-Ville Train Station. The hosts are wonderful. They welcomed us at the apartment, gave us a tour, recommended places to eat, provided a map and explained our location and how to use public transportation to get around town. We did not cook, but the kitchen was well equipped. We ordered some pizza and picked up a few items from the store... so it was great to see the fridge was a good size. We did not use the washing machine, but did hand wash a few items and appreciated the clothes line to air dry them. If we are EVER in Niece again, we will definitely try to stay here again. It was the perfect apartment for our family of 4 and the location near the Borriglione Tram stop was super convenient. There is a grocery a few blocks away and places to eat near by. I wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to coming back. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!! We love Nice!

The apartment's ambiance was warm and inviting, with tasteful decor and garden view from the kitchen. The owner was attentive and provided all necessary support, even beyond our stay. The location was great and the host was super responsive and friendly. Also, the apartment was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. I would definitely stay at this place again if I ever come back to Nice! There was a tram station just outside the apartment and I also loved the balcony. And by the way: the sofa bed was super comfortable!
