Ez a 2 csillagos szálloda mindössze 50 méterre található a Borriglione villamosmegállótól, ahonnan közvetlenül elérhető a Place Masséna és a strand. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome, and helpful suggestions where to have dinner and which places/ sites to visit. We had the luck to receive an upgrade to a larger and bright room with a balcony. Sophie, the owner, chose a very good colour combination for the walls and ceiling and furniture which creates a very nice ambience. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a sturdy showerhead and strong water jet.The villa is situated in a very charming neighbourhood with grocery stores and restaurants near by. A tram station is within 2 minute reach from the villa getting you straight to the old town. If we ever visit again we will try and stay at Villa Saint Hubert.

It was very nice apartment with everything inside. Just for the parking you have to look a free place. Just 15 min by foot to the centre. The guesthouses were very friendly and nice. I loved it with my family.

The accommodation was comfortable and satisfied all needs. Many destinations can be reached quickly by tram. I can only recommend it to everyone. I hope to return to Nice again.

Appartement atypique et original has a balcony and is set in Nice, within just 1.6 km of Plage du Centenaire and 1.7 km of Plage Lido. Great location and comfortable place w double kitchen and bathroom. Close to everything we (3 adults) need while doing our 3 full days visiting riviera. Host is very nice and friendly too. Will definitely stay next time.

Nagyon szerettük az apartmant, 5 éjszakát töltöttünk ott. Élőben még jobb, mint a képeken. Hangulatos, szuper helyen van, központi,de mégis csendes. A villamos megáll a ház előtt, de egy kellemes sétával a tengerpart sincs távol. Piac délelőttönként az utcában, élelmiszer üzlet pár perce van. A vonat állomás kb 8 perc gyalogosan, így ideális a napi kirándulásokhoz.
