In the area of 50m there are two markets, a pharmacy and several restaurants. The host is very warm and pleasant, eager to give all the necessary information about the apartment and the city. Would definitely recommend and plan to go back again.

Appartement atypique et original has a balcony and is set in Nice, within just 1.6 km of Plage du Centenaire and 1.7 km of Plage Lido. Great location and comfortable place w double kitchen and bathroom. Close to everything we (3 adults) need while doing our 3 full days visiting riviera. Host is very nice and friendly too. Will definitely stay next time.
