Upon arrival we received a warm welcome, and helpful suggestions where to have dinner and which places/ sites to visit. We had the luck to receive an upgrade to a larger and bright room with a balcony. Sophie, the owner, chose a very good colour combination for the walls and ceiling and furniture which creates a very nice ambience. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a sturdy showerhead and strong water jet.The villa is situated in a very charming neighbourhood with grocery stores and restaurants near by. A tram station is within 2 minute reach from the villa getting you straight to the old town. If we ever visit again we will try and stay at Villa Saint Hubert.

Great location and comfortable place w double kitchen and bathroom. Close to everything we (3 adults) need while doing our 3 full days visiting riviera. Host is very nice and friendly too. A recently renovated property, Sunshine Getaway - Stylish Studio in the Heart of Nice is situated in Nice near Plage du Ruhl, Plage du Centenaire and Plage Beau Rivage. The accommodation is perfectly located in the city centre with easy access to trams and trains. We loved the little balcony and window which lets lots of light in and is a good view in the morning. The interior, coffee and and fruits are a nice touch.
