Steps from the tram to easily get to and from the tourist areas. Quaint furnishings with sparkling modern bathroom, and AC that works really well! Highly recommend!

La terrasse er staðsett í Liberation-hverfinu í Nice, nálægt Nice-Ville-lestarstöðinni og býður upp á sameiginlega setustofu og þvottavél. It was super clean! The location was perfect and owner of the place was very nice and helpful. Truly reccomend this place :)

Loft Urbain er staðsett í Nice, aðeins 1,8 km frá Plage du Ruhl og býður upp á gistirými við ströndina með einkastrandsvæði og ókeypis WiFi. Damien & Nathan were so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. Check in was easy, the location was perfect and the apartment was quirky and comfortable!

Appartement cozy er staðsett í Liberation-hverfinu í Nice, 2,5 km frá Plage Sporting, 2,5 km frá Plage Lido og 1,1 km frá Nice-Ville-lestarstöðinni. The hosts are wonderful. They welcomed us at the apartment, gave us a tour, recommended places to eat, provided a map and explained our location and how to use public transportation to get around town. We did not cook, but the kitchen was well equipped. We ordered some pizza and picked up a few items from the store... so it was great to see the fridge was a good size. We did not use the washing machine, but did hand wash a few items and appreciated the clothes line to air dry them. If we are EVER in Niece again, we will definitely try to stay here again. It was the perfect apartment for our family of 4 and the location near the Borriglione Tram stop was super convenient. There is a grocery a few blocks away and places to eat near by. I wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to coming back. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!! We love Nice!
