Situated in Nice, Villa Leonie is a residence just 2 km from Nice's Old Town and 5 minutes' walk from the port. We stayed at Villa Leonie in Nice and were very pleased with our choice. It is an authentic and unique villa with a special charm. The owner, Clémence, welcomed us warmly and was very friendly. We also met Clémence's father, who also received us wonderfully and provided us with many helpful tips. Our stay was unforgettable, and we definitely recommend Villa Leonie to other travelers. We will certainly come back again!

Perfect location. Came to see the last stages of the Tour de France and we were in easy walking distance of everything. Safe area, convenient shops and nice restaurants. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Very thank full of the air con unit as it was very hot!

The bus stop is very close and the drive till the centre takes 10 minutes. There are restaurants down the hill near the port.

The location was good, the apartment was very clean, had good amenities, the views were good. And the staff/owner are very kind and accommodating. They are responsive and happy to answer all questions. The sheets, pillows towels and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The kitchen and all equipment is new. All in all it's a great place for two people. Close to the port and a bus stop.
