Overlooking the sea in Nice, just 30 metres from the beach, Hotel Le Saint Paul features a large garden and an adjoining chapel. Plenty of parking for our hire car. Very good neighborhood and close enough to Nice center and promenade. Lovely terrace and sea views. Wish we could stay there more :)

Location was calm but accessible - be ready for stairs but quite direct to main streets and Nice Riquier train station. It was spacious and roomy and offered protection from the heat and sun with a conscious layout for the warm weather. The garden was also quite beautiful.

We liked everything.Great host, great apartment, in a great area. Beautiful seaview from the balcony, and we enjoyed the lovely quiet pool as well. The old town, and the promenade is just a nice walk away. We can highly recommend to stay there.
