Overlooking the sea in Nice, just 30 metres from the beach, Hotel Le Saint Paul features a large garden and an adjoining chapel. Room was larger than usual for same price point, new and modern with an elegant touch: big colorful curtains, high ceiling, complimentary coffee and cups. Free water fountains are in each floor. Location is stunning, immersed in the Mediterranean green "macchia", it is in front of the sea, above the sea level, resulting in a mesmerizing view from the terrace, where you can enjoy a tasty breakfast.

We liked everything.Great host, great apartment, in a great area. Beautiful seaview from the balcony, and we enjoyed the lovely quiet pool as well. The old town, and the promenade is just a nice walk away. We can highly recommend to stay there.

This was our second time to stay in the apartment and it did not disappoint. The layout is really good, it is very spacious and comfortable and the best part is that the apartment is on the top floor (4th) and has an amazing terrace that gets the sun all day long. We dealt with Josephine and Valentin from Riviera Homes, they were great and always available if we needed anything. We will definitely be returning next year.

Although there is no balcony, we had breakfast every morning with the windows open taking in the views. The whole apartment was clean, and comfortable. The modern kitchen had everything you could need for self-catering. That makes a refreshing change, and for foodies like us, it is essential! Alexandra was helpful and informative at our arrival, departure and during our stay, ensuring everything was ok. Overall, we had the most wonderful stay!
