It is also really quiet. We were provided a choice of toiletries and also a welcome drink. I would recommend to anyone who wants to have a comfortable and safe stay. Also 5 min away there is a supermarket which is open 24/7.

Very cosy and authentic place! The host is warm and helpful. The area is perfect for outdoor activities as well as calm time. We came to escape the hustle of Tokyo and had total recharge. You can explore Forest Music Museum, go hiking or ride bike around the lake. Highly recommended! P.S. the best part was waking up with Mt.Fuji view :)

If youre in for culture, or even if youre not, atleast try once to stay in a traditional house. Immersion helps in appreciating a place more 3. Around 200m walk to 7/11 and roughly 500m to Lake Kawaguchiko. If youre lucky, you can be assigned to the room overlooking Mt Fuji 4. clean house, bathroom, room 5. can rent a bike from them for 1000yen

Great location to see Mt Fuji, walkable to Chureito Pagoda and Honcho street. It's a traditional japanese house, but there's a lot of attention to detail to make things comfortable. The host was extremely generous and picked us up and dropped us off at Kawaguchiko Station which was a huge help with all our luggage. Also she helped us plan which bus to arrive and which bus to leave on which was awesome. Definitely would stay again

The hospitality was top-notch. The host was super earnest and really took the effort to make us feel comfortable and totally at home. We were wowed by such warm hospitality. We also enjoyed the food and clean family baths.

We loved the fact that every morning that we've been there Mt. Fuji was visible through our windows. And, we can stay and chill upstairs where we can continue to enjoy the view.

I like that it's modern and new. The place is clean and comfortable with washing machine and dryer where you can wash your clothes easily. There's even a sauna that you can hop in if you want to relax yourself.

In Japan, there are very limited properties with at least 2 toilets and 2 baths/showers that can conveniently and comfortably accommodate big groups like ours. For us, what we consider ideal is one toilet and one bath/shower for every 5 persons. Yoshimura ooike sense is a gem! The cleanliness is superb and the entire property is well-maintained!
